I was faced with finding a home in a new city and few opportunities to inspect properties from a far. I was fortunate that I had a trusted friend who recommended Kevin Horne from Sibcy Cline Realtors. Kevin turned out to be an incredible unexpected surprise. It is true that Kevin has good support from Sibcy Cline but, his skills in finding the right home for me were excellent. I am writing this recommendation however for what happened next. Kevin sets himself apart from all other realtors with his attention to detail. My transaction was difficult due to seller complications and several property details having to be resolved. Kevin spent many personal hours making arrangements and resolving complications on his own time. Kevin reduced the process time and complication of my home purchase significantly. He even arranged for contractors and tradesmen for some customization and he still follows up with me even 2 months after our closing.
